Maintenance Supervisor

Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability. Manage inventory, monitor budgets, and delegate work orders while overseeing vendor partners to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution. Proactively identify service needs, execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs, and oversee capital improvement projects from bidding to completion. Personally inspect vacant units for cleanliness and functionality prior to move-in, ensuring all apartments meet quality standards. Conduct on-call emergency service rotation and respond to service requests in a timely, thorough manner. Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy.
