Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for the Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) workshop at Dawson Mine, Moura, QLD. Lead a mixed trades team to deliver safe, on-time maintenance within the site’s work management process, overseeing equipment such as Electric Drive Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Watercarts and the Wheel Loader Fleet. Focus on safety and efficiency, optimize resource allocation (people, equipment, resources), provide guidance to maintenance teams, collaborate with operations to address daily issues, and pursue long-term process improvements. Requires Mechanical Trade Qualification (Diesel Fitting, Boilermaking or Auto Electrical), and possession of Supervisor & Risk Facilitator competencies (S1, S2 & G2). Desirable familiarity with SAP and Project Management tools. Full-time permanent role based at Dawson Mine, Moura with an attractive 7 on, 7 off day/night roster, potential for residential, FIFO (company funded) and DIDO options, and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Diesel Fitting, Boilermaking or Auto Electrical Trade)
- Hold the Supervisor & Risk Facilitator competencies (S1, 2, 3 & G2)
- Proven experience maintaining HME mine site equipment including Loaders, Dozers, Graders, Trucks
- Knowledge of SAP and Project Management tools is highly desirable
