Maintenance Supervisor

Directs and oversees maintenance staff to ensure all community areas are maintained, while monitoring team performance and assisting with skill development. Maintains proper inventory levels, orders supplies, and obtains bids from contractors, leveraging knowledge of competitive pricing. Works hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborates with the Property Manager to manage the community budget and expenditures across all maintenance areas. Requires five years of apartment management and supervisor experience, including Type II A/C or Universal certification.
