Maintenance Supervisor

Direct and oversee maintenance staff to ensure all community areas are maintained, monitor team performance, and assist with skill development. Maintain proper inventory levels, order supplies, and obtain bids while interacting with contractors on competitive pricing. Work hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Property Manager to manage the community budget and expenditures across all maintenance areas. Requires five years of apartment management and supervisor experience, leadership skills, and Type II A/C or Universal certification.
