Maintenance Supervisor

Direct and oversee maintenance staff to ensure all community areas are maintained, while monitoring team performance and assisting with skill development. Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed, obtaining bids and interacting with contractors to manage competitive pricing. Work hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Property Manager to manage the community budget and expenditures across all maintenance areas. Requires five years of apartment management and supervisor experience, leadership skills, and Type II A/C or Universal certification.
