Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the property's maintenance operations, supervising at least one Maintenance Technician, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and managing maintenance needs within budget. Responsibilities include completing and supervising service requests, managing make-ready inspections and vendor coordination, ensuring safety and cleanliness of grounds and common areas, inspecting contractor work, ordering supplies, tracking inventory, responding to resident inquiries, supporting cost-saving repairs, conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance, assisting with snow removal and seasonal upkeep, providing updates on activities and budget adherence, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and performing other duties as needed. HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification are required, with additional qualifications in CPO a plus, and a path for Maintenance Tech and Supervisor progression is outlined.
