Job Summary
Train, direct, and motivate site maintenance personnel while monitoring the property for repairs and replacements. Complete work requests for common areas and units, perform preventative maintenance, and assess or repair appliances as needed. Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents and maintain a safe work environment through occasional on-call duties. This role supports the general appearance and upkeep of the 331-unit Heron Ridge community in Kissimmee, FL, contributing to Dominium's mission of fostering strong community connections through quality affordable housing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license
- Valid insurance
Desired Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years previous experience in maintenance
- Advanced knowledge in carpentry
- Advanced knowledge in plumbing
- Advanced knowledge in electrical systems
- Advanced knowledge in general repair
- HVAC experience
- EPA experience
- CPO certification
