Job Summary
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and establishing workflows. Responsibilities include training staff, conducting physical inspections, making necessary repairs, and maintaining OSHA compliance. You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of experience in maintenance roles. Proficiency in electrical wiring, boiler mechanics, plumbing, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or two years’ experience as an Assistant Supervisor for Maintenance
- Basic understanding of and experience with electrical wiring, boiler mechanics, and plumbing
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- A valid US driver’s license is a plus
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications is a plus
