Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for mobile and stationary equipment (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, balers). Responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance, leading maintenance staff, coordinating repairs with mechanics, managing work orders and safety training, overseeing budgets and costs, conducting inventory, and maintaining vendor relationships. Requires hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis to prevent future issues, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. A college degree in Business/Management/Logistics is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of maintenance management experience preferred
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment
- familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
- willingness to travel up to 50%
