Maintenance Supervisor

Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability while managing inventory and budgets. Proactively identify and resolve service needs, execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and oversee unit turn scheduling to ensure homes are move-in ready. Personally inspect vacant units for cleanliness and functionality, manage capital improvement projects including bid acquisition and execution, and supervise vendor partners to meet company standards. Conduct on-call emergency service rotations and respond to service requests in a timely, thorough, and professional manner while adhering to OSHA and safety guidelines.
