Maintenance Supervisor

Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team while managing inventory and vendor partners to ensure timely, safe project execution. Proactively identify service needs, execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs, and oversee unit turn scheduling to confirm homes meet quality standards prior to move-in. Personally inspect vacant units, manage capital improvement projects, and conduct on-call emergency service rotations to resolve requests. Maintain compliance standards and foster a culture of excellence while mentoring team members. Work Monday through Friday with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
