Maintenance Supervisor - Halden

Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to maintain the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Handles resident service requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and safety/code requirements. Manages the make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and procurement of supplies. Develops standards for the community’s appearance, conducts periodic quality checks of work by team members and contractors, and ensures adherence to budget and safety regulations. Supports budget development for repairs and capital projects, emphasizes cost-saving and efficient use of materials, and leads safety initiatives and resident-facing service. Requires EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications for HVAC work where applicable, ability to read/write effectively, and proficiency with standard software tools. Flexible schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills are essential for coordinating with residents, contractors, and the Community Manager.
