Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance supervisor responsible for maintaining stores, staff accommodation, and storage facilities; perform snow clearing across Central Snowsports properties; carry out general repairs and practical maintenance tasks; assist with basic vehicle maintenance alongside operational teams; coordinate maintenance needs with contractors across sites; respond to urgent and day-to-day maintenance issues as they arise; outdoor winter work environment; physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions; strong communication and team coordination skills; previous trade or maintenance experience highly desirable; must have valid work rights for Japan and a manual driver’s license; Japanese language skills are an advantage but not necessary; flexible weekly hours, fortnightly pay, subsidized staff accommodation, and access to staff fleet of demo skis and snowboards.

- Strong English communication skills
