Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for Greyes Place I & II responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and safety of maintenance personnel. Oversees on-site staff, ensures adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies, manages preventive maintenance, work orders, inventories, and vendor relations. Requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related trades; perform repairs and maintenance across units and common areas; conduct hazard assessments; ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations; maintain records and assist in custodial tasks as needed; participate in standby emergency coverage; must have EPA certification or obtain within 90 days; High School Diploma or Equivalent required; valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed for property business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promo
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA standards knowledge
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and related maintenance tasks
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
