Job Summary
Lead and modernize the maintenance function for multiple large-scale facilities by overseeing daily maintenance operations for mobile and fixed equipment, reorganizing the team for efficiency, mentoring staff, implementing a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), coordinating with operations to align maintenance with production, driving uptime and cost improvement through CMMS utilization and KPI review, and providing technical input on operational improvements and new equipment selection.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of progressive maintenance experience in heavy equipment, aggregates, waste/recycling, or industrial operations
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong background in mobile diesel equipment maintenance and fixed-plant processing equipment
- Experience in managing CMMS systems
- High school diploma
