Job Summary
Lead the maintenance team by scheduling daily work, assigning tasks, and directing troubleshooting and repairs for production and facility equipment. Manage preventative maintenance schedules, oversee technician development, and ensure all work orders are accurately documented in the CMMS. Enforce safety standards, coordinate with vendors, and communicate priorities across the organization while minimizing downtime. Work overnight, weekends, and varying shifts in environments with temperature extremes and allergens.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- 1+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and HVAC systems
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, schedule, and develop a team of technicians
- Experience with a CMMS
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and reliability best practices
- Proficient with hand and power tools and measuring instruments
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the state regulating agency to receive a cannabis agent badge
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
- Must be available for overnight, weekends, and varying shifts
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to work at heights, including on roofs, on scaffolding, up ladders, or in ceiling spaces
- Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in areas requiring exposure to varying temperatures, heat or cold, and/or wet, damp, or drafty conditions
- Must be able to move through narrow, enclosed, or elevated spaces
- Must be able to work with daily exposure to allergens (such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil)
Desired Qualifications
