Job Summary
Plan work orders for maintenance workers and oversee their activities to ensure safety procedures are followed. Verify repairs are completed safely and correctly, then complete open and outstanding work orders through the CMMS. Procure tools, equipment, and supplies based on project needs while creating budgets and reporting expenditures. Interpret and communicate company policy to employees, enforce practices, and provide training to improve team skillsets. Perform oversight of Kronos for direct reports and conduct quarterly personnel reviews. Will move office furniture, kitchen equipment, and lift Sakrete mix into work areas. Requires a valid Oklahoma driver's license and basic computer skills. Prior management experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A combination of over two years of directly related training and/or experience
- Will move office furniture, kitchen equipment, and lift Sakrete mix into the work area
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Have basic computer skills i.e.: word, excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint
- Strict adherence to job site Safety Programs and ongoing Safety Training
Desired Qualifications
- Prior management experience preferred
