Maintenance Supervisor

Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs. Prioritize and assign work orders, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and manage inventory and equipment. Coordinate outside contractors and ensure all work completes safely, on time, and within budget. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. This hands-on leadership role balances field troubleshooting with planning for Good Oil Company's convenience store locations in Northwest and Northern Indiana.
