Job Summary
Lead a team of permanent tradespeople and contractors as Maintenance Supervisor at the Geelong site; oversee preventative and planned maintenance (PPM), manage open work orders and breakdown responses, monitor maintenance budgets, and drive continuous improvement and safety leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Trade certificate in a relevant discipline (electrical, fitting / machining, boiler-making)
- solid hands-on experience as a people leader in a commercial / industrial setting
- Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ideally through SAP or MEX
- Experience supervising people operating under an enterprise agreement
- Experience or understanding of managing a maintenance budget
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and safety leadership behaviours
- Proof of working rights
- Pre-employment medical
