Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor oversees on-site maintenance for the property, handling repair tasks, oversee make-ready process for vacant units, ensure cleanliness and appearance of the grounds and common areas, manage safety compliance and inspections, develop budgets with the Community Director, coordinate vendors and contractors, schedule preventive maintenance, and lead the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service to residents.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree is preferred
- OSHA standards knowledge
- MSDS regulations knowledge
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certified Pool Operator or Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
- valid driver's license
