Job Summary
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel, managing ongoing maintenance needs including preventative maintenance and repairs. This role involves working with vendors for contracted services and prepping apartments for make-ready turns. Tasks include general maintenance duties, responding to after-hour emergency calls, snow removal, and completing work service requests covering plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical tasks. Candidates should have a complete grasp of on-site maintenance management and possess a positive, responsible attitude. HVAC Certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic set of tools
