Install and maintain production machines, refrigeration systems, and plant facilities while performing emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and preventive care. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using equipment manuals and work orders to replace parts and adjust operations. Manage facility structural repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and utility components while ensuring compliance with fire codes, safety regulations, and sanitary design practices. Monitor environmental programs, review utility expenditures for energy reduction, and coordinate with vendors and the Director of Operations to enhance reliability and productivity.
