Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities for the food processing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate task execution across Safety, Quality, and Reliability. Oversee daily machinery setups prior to production and monitor packaging line efficiency through PLC automation. Direct department associates on work assignments, coach direct reports on performance duties, and conduct performance reviews. Assist in developing and auditing the Preventative Maintenance program while adhering to SQF standards and regulatory requirements. Requires 3-5 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing with proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years equivalent experience and training
- Food or beverage manufacturing and/or warehouse background
- Problem resolution skills
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge/Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Processes and Tools
