Job Summary
Lead and develop maintenance personnel to achieve safety, reliability, and productivity goals; drive reliability-centered maintenance, predictive maintenance strategies, and root cause failure analysis to improve asset availability and reduce unplanned downtime. Ensure safe work permit process and compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and site mechanical integrity programs including inspection, testing, and documentation of critical assets. Develop capability through employee training. Use SAP/CMMS to plan, schedule, track, and analyze maintenance activities; generate work orders and assign tasks; plan and execute major maintenance events with safety, cost control, and schedule adherence. Inspect the quality of maintenance work; monitor status of jobs to ensure on-time, within-budget completion without compromising safety. Manage contractors and service providers for compliance and cost effectiveness. Contribute to Asset Integrity program, maintenance procedures, and proactive programs like Preventative maintenance. Drive maintenance performance through KPIs such as schedule compliance, PM completion, equipment uptime, and maintenance cost performance. Recommend budget items and potential upgrades; participate in projects, PHA’s, RCA’s. Sign off on SWP/LOTOV/Line Break/Elevated work permits; lead Wyoming Fixed Asset and Spare Parts programs. Compensation: base salary range $90,000 to $114,000 per year with benefits; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing operations
- Working knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, instrumentation, and process systems typical of a chemical manufacturing environment.
