Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates electrical and mechanical maintenance activities in the plant and Battle Creek facilities, overseeing teams, aligning with departments to keep operations functional, and driving safety, continuous improvement, and SOP/documentation development. Requires strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, motors, pumps, 480V 3-Phase electrical systems, and the ability to read electrical schematics. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring/training, performance management, and ensuring OSHA/ GMP/SQF standards. Flexible off-shift hours with Monday–Friday schedule; second/third shifts and weekend availability may be required. Experience in industrial maintenance leadership and ability to mentor a diverse team are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or trade skills preferred.
