Maintenance Supervisor

Direct daily activities to optimize equipment use and meet production demands by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. Establish and manage preventative maintenance schedules, generate logs and operational metrics, and forecast departmental operating costs. Assess resource needs for materials, equipment, and manpower while coordinating efforts with engineering and operations teams. Troubleshoot automated electronic and mechanical equipment in a high-volume environment and ensure all personnel are trained and certified. Implement safety programs to ensure a safe workplace and adhere to ISO standards. Manage multiple assignments and projects efficiently while communicating effectively with team members, customers, and management.
