Maintenance Supervisor

Lead and manage the property's maintenance team on-site at The Taylor - Columbus, IN, overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure safe, efficient living spaces. Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems operate safely and efficiently; coordinate with the Property Manager on requests and projects; manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work; maintain tools, supplies, and equipment; promote safety standards; respond to emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotations (weekends as needed); train and mentor the team to reach their full potential; ensure apartments are ready for new residents and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
