Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee maintenance and grounds for assigned properties, coordinating repairs, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance for equipment, appliances, and systems. Schedule vendors and supervise labor-intensive tasks including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and pool upkeep while ensuring safety inspections are logged per OSHA requirements. Manage bid collection and negotiation for contracted services, report work orders ahead of schedule, and perform on-call duties as needed. Participate in hiring, interviewing, and training staff to maintain high professional standards. This role supports Fitch Irick's mission to manage over 12,000 affordable housing units across the southeastern United States.
