Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule, supervise, and perform maintenance repairs throughout assigned properties, including unit turnovers, grounds work, and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Coordinate vendor schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs and manage on-call tasks as needed. Conduct safety inspections per OSHA requirements, report all work orders ahead of schedule, and assist with bid collection and negotiation for contracted services. Participate in hiring, interviewing, and training while maintaining high standards of customer service. Full-time, non-exempt hourly role with occasional travel.
