Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned properties while performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing. Lead and coach maintenance technicians through training, prioritization, and accountability, while serving as the primary partner to the Property Manager on staffing and resident issues. Execute preventative maintenance programs, manage capital projects, and coordinate vendor selections and apartment turns. Respond to after-hours emergency requests via on-call rotation and conduct regular property inspections for safety and condition improvements. Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience
- At least 1 year in residential maintenance, property management, or the real estate industry
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving history
- Ability to successfully pass MVR background requirements according to company insurance driving policy
- Proficiency with relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft Office, AppFolio, Outlook)
- Superior attention to detail

- Availability to work longer hours and weekends during department and company peak seasons
