Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs while responding to after-hours emergencies as needed. Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software and maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies. Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team, providing feedback and coaching for performance improvement. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Requires HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification, three years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience, and supervisory experience.
