Job Summary
Manage and track direct staff performance using agency workforce software while overseeing janitorial, preventive, and corrective maintenance operations. Develop and manage staff agendas based on priority needs and agency work order requests, ensuring all assigned facilities meet safety and health standards. Maintain service inventory by requisitioning and tracking materials, approve staff expenditures, and enforce agency policies. Lead workload participation and organization to ensure a safe working environment for staff and individuals supported. This hourly role requires a High School Diploma and 5+ years of maintenance experience, with a minimum rate of $24.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5 + years' experience in maintenance or related field
- 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the facilities and physical plant requirements of a diverse organization
- Proficiency in or knowledge of a variety of common computer software, as in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Strong judgement and reasoning abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to lift 70#
- Meet the requirements to drive a Springbrook vehicle as needed
