Job Summary
Supervise all maintenance operations across café outlets, roastery, and central kitchen to ensure minimal downtime. Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for coffee machines, grinders, kitchen equipment, HVAC, and essential systems while troubleshooting issues to maintain uninterrupted daily operations. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement, support new store openings by managing equipment setup, and train staff on basic handling. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, monitor spare parts inventory, and manage budgets effectively. Keep accurate logs and service reports. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial coffee equipment and CMMS proficiency. Valid Saudi driving license preferred. Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience with commercial coffee equipment, kitchen appliances, and facility systems
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and safety compliance
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory standards related to facilities and equipment
- Proficient in maintenance tracking software or CMMS tools

- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
