Job Summary
Oversee a team of maintenance professionals with responsibilities including preventative maintenance, make ready, inventory control, and managing the maintenance budget; ensure high resident service levels and exceptional customer service; coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, inspect work, handle resident service requests, and maintain accurate records. Role requires delegation of tasks, vendor coordination, and participation in on-call rotations. Strong multitasking, safety awareness, and reliability are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred
- Must have experience in all trades
- Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds without difficulty
- Must be available to participate in on-call emergency phone rotation
