Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead a maintenance team to oversee Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen, coordinate OEM service providers, and deliver preventative maintenance for laboratory equipment and facility infrastructure. Manage reactive work orders, minor projects, and safety/compliance processes; drive TPM initiatives and KPI performance. Oversee Corrigo and Maximo work order workflows, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Develop the team, ensure adherence to MOC/SCM processes, and optimize maintenance capabilities in a represented worker environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or laboratory environment
- Prior supervisory experience in a represented worker environment (UAW or similar union setting)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Strong understanding of building systems including general HVAC, motor and pump systems, piping systems, electrical systems, and general building repair
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to operate within collective bargaining agreements and master service agreement contract language
- Location: Pontiac, MI (on-site)
