Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance for a 104-unit apartment community. Responsibilities include completing repairs big and small, assessing work for make-ready units, handling work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and proactively solving issues. Must participate in an on-call rotation, live on-site in company-provided housing, and prioritize resident service. Candidate will supervise at least two staff, be highly organized, and communicate effectively with residents and team; strong emphasis on proactive problem-solving, emergency responsiveness, and coordinating capital-improvement tasks. Also required are a valid driver’s license and reliability for after-hours calls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor and supervision of at least 2 employees
- Strong knowledge of all-around maintenance in property management
- Proficiency with computers, database and calendar management for capital improvements
