Job Summary
Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, light carpentry, and appliance maintenance to ensure amenity spaces remain functional and grounds stay debris-free. Conduct irrigation system repairs, manage maintenance inventory, and report concerns directly to management. Attend daily staff meetings to coordinate vendor appointments and work closely with teams on special projects. You will move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, and be on call for after-hours emergencies. This role supports ELS's mission as the leading operator of manufactured home communities and RV resorts across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must have current auto insurance
- 2-3+ years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
- High school diploma or the equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with heavy equipment
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
