Job Summary
Lead and supervise a maintenance team to manage schedules, work orders, and training; ensure timely make-ready of vacant units, coordinate repairs and major replacements, and oversee grounds/cleanup; provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage; practical skills in plumbing, electrical, and facility systems; prioritize tasks, manage data recording, and communicate effectively with management; bilingual English proficiency preferred; valid driver’s license and transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or vocational training
- At least 3 years experience in building/facility maintenance, some supervisory
- Licensing and trade certification in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, or Plumbing desirable
- Ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level; basic math skills
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
