Job Summary
Direct other staff members to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner by delegating assignments and reviewing parts or service schedules for resident repairs. Perform hands-on tasks including wall repairs, A/C and heating maintenance, and work on doors, cabinets, and closets using your own specialized tools. Accommodate an emergency on-call schedule and work overtime as needed while maintaining a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This role supports Envolve Community Management's apartment communities in the southeastern United States, requiring HVAC and EPA certification alongside three years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC /EPA Certified
- strong background in multifamily properties
- Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- commitment to exceptional customer service
- 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience
- 7 year maintenance experience
- HVAC/ EPA licensed
- available to work overtime
- own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical
- able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment
- able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule
- reliable Transportation
- valid Driver's License
- Background Screening
- Drug Test
