Job Summary
Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance while overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff. Manage the system for handling resident service requests and assist the manager in coordinating, directing staff, and scheduling maintenance personnel. Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings and maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures. Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance for the Emerald Place community in Beaverton, OR. Requires at least two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor with exposure to all trades and management of 150+ units.
Required Qualifications
- Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units
- Must have experience in all trades
- Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
- If identified for a position, you will be asked to submit to a background check and drug-screen
Desired Qualifications
