Job Summary
Oversee hotel maintenance operations with a focus on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment); assist in planning and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules; perform room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs; ensure maintenance team has needed tools and supplies; coach and lead maintenance associates in line with Atrium’s values; assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
