Maintenance Supervisor- Elmcreek + Champlin Drive

Assist Community Manager in hiring, inspecting, counseling, and promoting staffing levels, while teaching skills to staff and scheduling work. Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring common areas are safe, in repair, and clean, and perform preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots, and building exteriors. Respond to all service requests within 24 hours, order parts as needed, and make capital improvement recommendations. Visit competing properties to inspect maintenance quality and continually educate staff on OSHA guidelines and safe working conditions. Make Capital improvement recommendations. Typical hours include weekends and after-hour emergency services. Requires hands-on knowledge of apartment maintenance, leadership skills, and HVAC basics with CFC certification within 90 days. One year as a Maintenance Supervisor or six months as an assistant with Peak Living preferred. Valid driver's license and English communication required.
