Job Summary
Manage maintenance personnel assigned to the conversion plant and direct scheduling of plant equipment activities. Perform work based on dispatched service or daily/weekly schedules while maintaining and troubleshooting facility systems. Aids in developing new solutions based on advanced principles within construction trades, interfacing with plant management, engineering, and external contractors. Prepare reports reflecting schedule progress, cost analysis, and forecasts while maintaining maintenance data and supervising spare parts acquisition. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and organizational standards for the DUF6 project. Requires 3+ years of nuclear experience and ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of nuclear experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12)
