Maintenance Supervisor

Manage maintenance personnel assigned to the conversion plant and direct, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for plant equipment, new construction, and remodeling. Perform work based on dispatched service or daily/weekly schedules, maintaining and troubleshooting facility systems while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and organizational standards. Aids in developing new solutions based on advanced principles within facilities and construction trades, guiding activities by plan, schedule, and budget. Interfaces closely with plant management, engineering, and external contractors to oversee maintenance activities, preparing reports on schedule progress, cost analysis, and forecasts. Supervises acquisition, storage, and tracking of spare parts and maintenance supplies, performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Requires three years of nuclear experience and a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12).
