Maintenance Supervisor

Address resident service requests, document updates and closures in property management software, and repair or replace in-unit and common area items like lights, filters, and paint. Perform preventative maintenance efforts, assist with landscaping and trash removal, and identify hazardous property conditions. Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and correct system issues in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot repairs for tile, carpentry, and appliances while ensuring compliance with city permits and maintaining HVAC certification. Manage property upkeep, resident work orders, and moves during transitions. Report directly to the Community Manager to contribute to a culture focused on customer service and authentic care within The Dinerstein Companies' multi-family and student housing communities.
