Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations and support plant performance by ensuring equipment reliability, maintenance execution, and team development. Supervise teams responsible for the upkeep and repair of production equipment while spending approximately 75% of your time on the production floor. Develop, implement, and improve preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and operational efficiency. Coordinate activities, assign priorities, and conduct floor audits to verify adherence to standard work and address process gaps. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring equipment issues, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Three (3) or more years of maintenance and reliability experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, including experience with automation, robotics, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
- Experience developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Experience utilizing maintenance management systems and production software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and levels of the organization
- High School Diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
