Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise and lead teams to uphold safety and GMP standards while overseeing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment. Develop strategies to enhance operations, reduce costs, and coordinate proactive maintenance schedules by analyzing KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs. Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance, train employees on technology and procedures, and manage daily operations from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability
- Previous plant production software experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
- Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
- Must be available for 7:00 am – 3:00 pm shift
- Must pass a drug test (excluding THC*/marijuana/cannabis)
- Must pass a background check
