Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the property's maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency work. Prepare inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, then place orders for necessary maintenance items. Perform tasks indoors and outdoors, frequently utilizing personal transportation to pick up supplies from vendors. This role requires constant physical activity involving climbing stairs, ladders, and lifting materials of varying weights. Candidates must obtain Fair Housing Certification and maintain regular, prompt attendance. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and electrical and plumbing expertise to lead a dedicated team toward maintaining our Class-A luxury communities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
- Electrical and plumbing experience
- Minimum level of High School education or equivalent
- Good Leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- Obtaining Fair Housing Certification
- Regular and prompt attendance required
- Must be able to work indoors as well as outdoors
- Must be able to be on feet, climb stairs, push, pull, climb ladders, lift and carry materials and equipment of varying weights
- Must be able to utilize personal transportation to pick up supplies from vendors
- Must have neat appearance
