Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency repairs. Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies while placing orders for necessary maintenance services. Perform indoor and outdoor duties, including climbing stairs, ladders, and lifting materials, utilizing personal transportation to pick up supplies from vendors. Lead teams with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair, ensuring effective communication with residents, employees, vendors, and prospects. Requires Fair Housing Certification and regular attendance. This role supports Crowne Partners' development of Class-A luxury apartment communities across the US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
- Electrical and plumbing experience
- Minimum level of High School education or equivalent
- Good Leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- Obtaining Fair Housing Certification
- Regular and prompt attendance
