Maintenance Supervisor

Ensure assigned work areas operate using a proactive safety-focused methodology compliant with OSHA and company guidelines. Inspect shop equipment periodically to identify problems, report defects to the Manufacturing Shop Manager, and maintain departmental supplies, tools, and order. Act as a technical resource to resolve inquiries, analyze work problems, and assist workers in solving issues. Manage staffing by interviewing candidates, assigning staff to workstations, directing key functions, and providing ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and reviews. Train employees on all shop equipment and tools, working closely with the EHS manager to verify training currency. This role requires 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a metal fabrication or machining environment. Salary is up to $40 an hour DOE with a supportive work environment and 401(k) match.
